For officials not previously registered in the Minnkota District, or Returning officials not registered in the Minnkota District, please contact Roger Stephens, the system only recognizes officials registered within Minnkota last year. For officials that are denied access to a seminar contact Roger Stephens.
Seminar format requires everyone (new and returning) to pre-register online for the seminars. Space at all seminars is limited and you are required to pre-register in order to reserve a seat. There may be additional basic seminars held within your district. Contact your local supervisor of official for details.
