For officials not previously registered in the Minnkota District please contact Roger Stephens, the system only reconizes officials registered within Minnkota last year. For officials that are denied access to a seminar contact Roger Stephens.
Seminar format requires everyone (new and returning) to pre-register online for the seminars. Space at all seminars is limited and you are required to pre-register in order to reserve a seat. There may be additional basic seminars held within your district. Contact your local supervisor of official for details.
